Sundari 1.0 — Participant Consent & Terms of Participation

Organised by Vidiyo TV | Invite-Only Rooftop Sundowner Experience

By accepting this invitation and participating in Sundari 1.0, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Invite-Only Access Sundari 1.0 is a strictly invite-only private rooftop sundowner experience at Eivissa Sky Lounge, organised by Vidiyo TV. Participation is permitted only through a valid invitation/reference issued by the organisers. Any person without such invitation or reference will not be permitted to participate or be filmed.
  2. WhatsApp Communication & Community As a close-knit, private community, we require a valid WhatsApp number for all communication, event updates, and future invitations. This ensures a secure and direct line of contact with our invited guests.
  3. Consent to Photography & Filming I voluntarily consent to being photographed, filmed, recorded and/or interviewed during the event, including candid and staged footage, by Vidiyo TV and its authorised production partners.
  4. Use of Content I grant Vidiyo TV permission to use my image, likeness, voice and participation footage captured during Sundari 1.0 for promotional, editorial, social media, digital, advertising, marketing, publicity and future Vidiyo TV content across platforms and territories.
  5. No Additional Approval Required I understand that footage in which I appear may be edited, adapted, combined with other content and published without requiring separate approval from me for each final use.
  6. Voluntary Participation My participation is voluntary. I understand that declining to be filmed may limit my participation in certain filmed activities or sequences.
  7. Safety & Cooperation I agree to follow the instructions of the event organisers, venue staff, production team and security personnel and to comply with all applicable safety rules and regulations while at the venue.
  8. Privacy & Confidentiality As this is a private, invite-only experience, I agree not to disclose or commercially exploit confidential event information, unreleased content, guest details or behind-the-scenes material without prior permission from Vidiyo TV.
  9. Right to Refuse Access Vidiyo TV and/or the venue operator reserve the right to refuse or withdraw access to any individual who does not meet the invitation requirements or whose conduct may compromise the safety, privacy or experience of other guests.
  10. Confirmation of Agreement By accepting the invitation, attending the event at the venue and/or participating in the filming, I confirm that I have read, understood and agreed to these terms and provide my consent voluntarily.
